Stress, tensions, surcharge de travail ou difficult\u00e9s relationnelles peuvent fragiliser le climat social et g\u00e9n\u00e9rer absent\u00e9isme, d\u00e9sengagement et turnover. Pr\u00e9venir les RPS, c\u2019est mettre en place une strat\u00e9gie adapt\u00e9e qui allie diagnostic, sensibilisation et actions concr\u00e8tes pour am\u00e9liorer le bien-\u00eatre au travail. La pr\u00e9vention des RPS favorise un climat social apais\u00e9, r\u00e9duit les arr\u00eats maladie et contribue \u00e0 fid\u00e9liser les talents en renfor\u00e7ant l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 de l\u2019entreprise<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Quand Pr\u00e9venir les RPS<\/strong> <strong> ? <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Au m\u00eame titre que les autres risques professionnels, le mieux est d&rsquo;agir en pr\u00e9vention, lorsqu&rsquo;on fait l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des risques au poste de travail, au moment de l&rsquo;\u00e9laboration du DUERP. Pour rappel il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une obligation l\u00e9gale.<br>Ensuite, d\u00e8s lors que des signaux faibles se manifestent, il faut agir. Ainsi, une d\u00e9gradation des r\u00e9sultats ou du climat social, une augmentation des accidents du travail, des maladies professionnelles ou des arr\u00eats et enfin une multiplication des d\u00e9parts doivent engager \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser un diagnostic RPS <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Comment <strong>Pr\u00e9venir les RPS<\/strong><\/strong> <strong>? <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mettre en place un diagnostic participatif, organiser des ateliers de sensibilisation, former les managers et instaurer un suivi r\u00e9gulier permettent d\u2019ancrer durablement la pr\u00e9vention des RPS dans la culture d\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne pas h\u00e9siter \u00e0 se faire accompagner par un sp\u00e9cialiste.
